Great quality air conditioner!! Just moved to NYC and this is my first time with an external air conditioner (I've had Central AC my whole life) so I was a little nervous on how to install and hoping I would get a good one but I'm so glad I got this one!

Does it's job and cools, it's a little loud but what air conditioner is totally quiet anyways...

This air conditioner is a life saver! My boyfriend and I live in an attic with windows that are too small for a regular air conditioner. It gets absolutely miserable in our room during summer. Last summer we constantly had two fans going and it was still unbearable. This air conditioner has been so incredible! Honestly I love this air conditioner so much because it makes our room habitable.

This air conditioner is absolutely perfect is actually a little too big for my apartment because I live in a single Studio but I'm on the third floor so my apartment gets really hot in this air conditioner really cold my place down amazingly I have never been so comfortable in the summer using any air condition but this one is perfect. now I will say the air conditioner is really strong and I had to cut everything else off in my house when using the AC Hahaha because all the power Chet off in my apartment but other then that it works great!

First off, the system cools amazingly well - which is really the most important thing. The system at first seems very portable. The sound can be very quiet equivalent to a boxed fan. However, occasionally it has a rattle which I think is normal.

Saved me from MELTING in Florida summer heat during pandemic when central air conditioning parts were not available due to manufacturing shut downs. Used in one bedroom while rest of house was at 98 degrees. Very happy I made this purchase! These are so much more convenient.
