I am not really experienced, middle aged, don't have really a good exercise routine, recently due to job requirements- sedentary lifestyle, and have some social anxiety.. I mean I have some good qualities too LOL
Anyways- this bag is such a versatile tool - I am really glad I bought it. There's such a variety of exercises - I've found ones that I can do! I agree - it can be "second breath" for experienced sport-pro's there. For me - it is lucky discovery that I can feel now in my arms, shoulders, and overall muscles and circulation. Thank you. Alek.
This thing is a beast and will make you one! I'm 6' 2", 205 lbs and strong, and the 30 pounder whoops my butt.
Very versatile piece of gear. I use it to warm up on heavy Kettlebell days. For a cardio blast at the end of a TRX/bodyweight workout. I throw it on my back and take a walk..... or hit the stairs. Great as a "stand alone" too as you can switch between different exercises/intensities without missing a beat. Carefully consider your weight when buying though as it can be deceiving. I'm 55 years old, weigh almost 300 Lbs.,and have been training with heavier kettlebells (70-90 Lbs.) for years. I bought the 50 pound bag and it is definitely WAY more challenging than I expected it to be. As for quality, it's built like a tank and will take a lifetime of daily punishment.
Wow... this will kill your forearms and core muscles!
I bought the 25kg model and that took a while to get the hang of it. I'm moderately strong person that likes to use 32kgs/70lbs kettlebells for snatches and swings and this Bulgarian bag tested my grip strength more than kettlebells!
Definitely a great piece of equipment!
Great quick work out with this item. well made and delivers on its promise. If you wrestle or roll jiu-jitsu this will help you train. great product but make sure you get the proper weight to start. I got a 25kg bag and that seem like a lot of weight it is a challenge.
