If you are a beginner like me this is the best you can get! it forces you to do the exercises with proper form and posture! which is something many beginners like me struggle when changing from being a potato to an active person. I am happy to share that I can now perform at least 5 push ups of each variation, which does not sound that much but for someone that struggled with even knee push ups, I consider it an improvement.
This board is great! It does not look like it could be of alot of help but as soon as you start doing the workouts it burns and it feel harder than doing bench press!
I am really impressed. This is a must have! After i was almost done with my chest workout i had to finish the last few positions on my knees! And even like that it was a killer!

Was worry about quality until the product arrived it feels solid and include a work out program very happy with it.
I don’t review unless I’m compelled to do so. This piece of mechanics is great. Although I know how to do these exercises on my own, this product makes it easy, efficient, and is dependable in a way that you cannot cheat in anyway. No need for a big home gym that a lot of us have spent money on. No smith machine needed. Just good ol strength and about 20 minutes of your time. You can follow the routines that are included via cell phone scan, or use the chart included, or just get down and do the colors that coincide with your personal exercise plan that day. I have not worked out in a while. The first day I got this I did the whole upper body from start to finish only doing 5 reps per set. 2 days later I gave the normal feeling of torn muscle fibers that you get when you take time off and life free weights at the gym. I love it. The best part it doesn’t take up space. Include your own cardio, stretching, and core training and you’re set.
I bought this as an impulse buy. I do a lot of push ups in my morning workout and was having some difficulty with my wrists for various reasons. This prevents excessive wrist bend and puts you in perfect position to isolate muscle groups. It really feels like a better workout than just pushups on your own.
It comes in two pieces but latches together in the middle. There is a little bend at the joint when you're using it but that's because I'm using it on carpet at this point. When I put it on a firmer mat I don't see that. Long term durability may be effected by that, but it's my choice to use it that way and not something I would blame on the construction.
There has been visible muscle increase since adding this to my workout routine. I like doing body weight exercises and I don't regret adding this tool.
