About fifteen years ago I fractured my ankle, which has slowly but surely pulled my posture off-balance ever since. This means I need to wear a knee support for about three months of every year to pull my knee back into place and counteract the slow pull of my muscles.
This means I've worn a lot of supports over the years, from simple stretch tubes to the patella supporting ones, and I have to say that this is the best one I have yet found. Patella-supporting supports tend to slip down over the day, especially if you move a lot, and the addition of a third strap seems to almost entirely offset this; I've not had to regularly adjust this support as i've had to with pretty much every other one I've ever had.
I get serious muscle pain from the effects of my postural imbalance this has sorted it out within days of beginning to wear it. I'm delighted and would recommend it to anyone.
