Hey, if you are reading this you are probably trying to dunk in the next few months. If you want something to help you be able to dunk a basketball this will help. I had this product for week or two and I love it. I am more of a active person when it comes to working on my legs. This gives me the freedom of working on my basketball skills and have the resistance on my legs for gaining my ups again. Everything is as advertised. I was scared that it would not fit my waist, but it does. I am in my 40's and I still move with ease, but I want to push my legs without having to spend time in the weight room to get that fast twitch activation I love. After using it and then moving around, I feel light and bouncy like the old days! I will be getting more products from this company.

Great product! I’m a 55 year old martial artist artist with back issues and recovering from a serious hip injury. I purchased this so I could rehab my hip with squats without putting any pressure on my back. It worked great for this. I am also able to work kicks against resistance to rebuild muscle after my injury. Since my initial purchase I have added the upgraded exercise handles so I can do additional exercises with them.
